Paula O'Brien, M.Ed., PMP is an award-winning Instructional Designer, Project Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt devoted to creating data-driven, engaging, results-oriented learning experiences efficiently. Paula led a matrixed team of instructional designers, graphic artists, and programmers to a Brandon Hall Gold award in 2012. Paula has enjoyed designing and developing eLearning, learning games, videos, job aids, TV blasts, infographics, assessments, and instructor-led training materials. Paula's 17 years of expertise represent her creativity and passion for elevating business results through people. Her courses have been delivered to enlisted military, veterans, technology professionals, medical teams, and sales teams around the world.

Paula has two nephews who excel in sports and academic endeavors, and after living in Florida and Tennessee the past 30 years she just relocated to NH to be closer to her family. Paula's volunteer work includes providing respite care for hospice patients, serving on her Nashville Association for Talent Development (ATD) Board of Directors, leading the Nashville ATD Instructional Design Special Interest Group, and ringing handbells in her local church choir.
