Cyndi Ryan is a Senior Instructional Designer with more than 20 years of experience creating compelling communications and interactive learning experiences.
She began her career in graphic and web design after earning a Communications degree with a concentration in Visual Media from Castleton University. From building cohesive brands and engaging websites to leading a book production team publishing more than 60 titles annually, Cyndi developed deep expertise in visual communication—experience that led her to launch her own creative firm and co-found a digital media agency.
More than a decade ago, she transitioned into adult learning after designing a custom training app and gamified training experience for a Fortune Global 500 manufacturer. She later completed the Instructional Design MasterTrack program at the University of Illinois and has since partnered with leading L&D providers to deliver global training programs for organizations across fintech, pharma, technology, higher education, retail, and manufacturing.
At It’s Logical, Cyndi is a trusted partner who collaborates with the team to create strategic, engaging learning solutions—including immersive eLearning, facilitator-led and blended programs, and practical performance support tools—all designed to drive measurable results.
Based in Vermont, she enjoys time with her close-knit family and two grandsons. A lifelong learner and proud sci-fi fan, she also loves exploring Vermont’s beauty in every season with her husband.
