Aidan is an instructional designer with a background in STEM. He graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Biology and Psychology and is now pursuing a M.A. in Instructional Systems at the University of Central Florida. After realizing the exciting potential to use technology and learning theory in the development of complex curricula, he decided he wanted to use his science background to create engaging content and course design as an instructional designer.

In addition to his M.A. work at UCF, Aidan has applied his knowledge of learning theory and content design to the United Abolitionists learning team to support a nationwide training initiative aimed at preventing human trafficking. He has experience designing curriculum across many LMS and MOOC platforms and in multiple delivery modalities including e-learning, instructor led training, virtual instructor led training, and more.

Aidan’s adaptability in any learning environment is evident in his experience teaching inside the classroom, mentoring university students, and even performing biochemistry analyses in the lab. He is always willing to go the extra mile to provide you with the best customer service and user experience.

When not immersed in instructional design, you can find Aidan in his Florida backyard tending to his garden or on the nearest trail either camping or running.
